Terms & Conditions

The agreement between you and PROXYCODINGSCHOOL when you use our portal and programs.

Last updated: June 13, 2026

1.Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, enrolling in any course or program, or otherwise using the PROXYCODINGSCHOOL web portal, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you are registering a minor for a Holiday Special Class, you confirm you are their parent or guardian and accept these terms on their behalf.

2.Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts are personal — sharing login details or course access with others is not permitted. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

3.Enrollment, fees & payment

  • Course fees are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) on each course page and are payable through the portal via Paystack.
  • Your seat in a cohort is confirmed — and your admission letter issued — only when payment is successfully completed.
  • Where an installment plan is offered, the second installment must be paid by its due date; access may be suspended for overdue balances.
  • Fees may change from time to time, but never for an enrollment you have already paid for.

4.Refunds

If a cohort is cancelled by the school, you receive a full refund or a free transfer to another cohort — your choice. For withdrawals at your own request, refund eligibility depends on how much of the program has run and is assessed case-by-case by our admissions team; approved refunds are processed back through Paystack. Refund requests should be made through the portal or the contact page as early as possible.

5.Student conduct

We keep our classrooms — physical and virtual — respectful. Harassment, discrimination, cheating in assessments, disrupting live classes, or attempting to compromise the platform's security will lead to warnings, suspension or removal from a program without refund, at the school's discretion.

6.Live classes & attendance

Live classes are delivered on Google Meet via links on your dashboard. Joining through the portal records your attendance automatically; facilitators may also adjust attendance records. Class schedules may occasionally change — we will notify you through the portal and email. Some sessions may be recorded for students who miss class; recordings are for enrolled students only and may not be redistributed.

7.Certificates & admission letters

Certificates are issued on successful completion of a course and carry a unique ID and QR code that anyone can verify on our public verification page. Admission letters are issued on confirmed enrollment. Forging, altering or misrepresenting school documents is prohibited and will be reported. The school may withhold certificates where fees are outstanding or where academic misconduct is established.

8.Holiday Special & IT/SIWES programs

  • Holiday Special Classes are short-term programs for secondary-school students. A parent/guardian must be named at registration and is our contact for the student throughout the program.
  • IT/SIWES placements require accurate institution and matric details. Weekly logbook reports must reflect work genuinely done; facilitator-signed reports form your official training record. The school may decline to sign documentation for weeks not actually undertaken.

9.Course materials & intellectual property

Course videos, slides, documents and other materials belong to PROXYCODINGSCHOOL or their respective creators and are licensed to you for personal learning only. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them. Projects you build during your training are yours — we may showcase student work with credit, and you can ask us not to.

10.Liability

We work hard to keep the portal available and classes running on schedule, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service (for example, during internet, power or third-party outages). To the fullest extent permitted by law, the school's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected program. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law.

11. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms as the school grows; the latest version always lives on this page with its "last updated" date, and continued use of the portal means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Questions? Reach us at hello@proxycodingschool.com.
